Designate counseling area at each site.

Set up staff debriefing schedule.
Prepare statement to be made available to office Staff for incoming phone inquiries and media referrals.
Delete name of deceased from computer and any files.
Meet to debrief and to discuss following day’s activities.
Meet for post-crisis debriefing, critique and long-term follow-up.
