We have decided to move the 6 PM Monday, March 23rd Board Budget Workshop II back to the South Portland High School Lecture Hall. While the meeting was to be live streamed from the Redbank Community Center, we want the best possible audio and video experience for viewers at home, optimal camera coverage for the meeting recording, a familiar layout, and comfortable and ample seating for those in attendance. Interpreters will be available at this meeting in Arabic, French, Lingala, Portuguese, and Spanish. Please see the flyer for additional details.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the meeting will be provided by the district. If you would like to attend and need transportation, please call the District Office at 207-871-0555 (Open Friday 7:30 AM–4 PM, closed on the weekends) or fill out this form. Transportation requests must be submitted by 12 PM Monday, March 23. Rides to the meeting will begin around 5:15 PM and rides home will be at 8 PM, 9 PM, 10 PM and at the end of the meeting if it goes longer. Please note children under 4 years of age cannot ride on the van provided by the district to the meeting.
Childcare
Childcare will be available for children four years of age and older from 6-9 PM in the South Portland High School Learning Commons/Library.
